Dependency

### Step 1: Define Query and dependency

· This option helps the user to create dependency of one column on the other.

· For example, if dependency is created between the Item and Item description columns, then any value selected under the Item description will be depending upon the value selected in Item.

· User can define appropriate Queries while defining the User Tables.

· Follow the same procedure as in this Example to add queries.

· A new Query should also be added in the Item Description column [Query: Select ItemDesc, Item from ItemMaster] Save it.

· User should also specify on which column the Item Description depends.

· Enter Item in the Drop Down Depends on Column. Save it.

· Save the changes in Used Defined Tables.

· Since the Menu Design and User Authorization is already done. We directly check how Query works on UDF TABLE.Refer Example

. Clear Cache before Adding values into UDF TABLE.

Step 2: Add Row/Data in User Defined Table

· User can Add row/data with the same steps followed in the previous example.

· User can then add only the Description of 1000218 that is previously selected. This is because we have established dependency of the Item Description column on the Item column while defining the Tables. Add it.
