Region Hierarchy

· Similar to Product Hierarchy, Region Hierarchy is a method of classifying the regions to be served in a logical structure.

· Suppose, an organization has to supply its products to different regions or places in a country. Then the hierarchy is created as follows.

· Further the Hierarchy can be extended to different districts and so on.

· Go to Menu Bar --> Forecast --> Masters --> Region Hierarchy to define Region Hierarchy.


Region Hierarchy Id	Identifier for the hierarchy. Multiple hierarchies can be created.
Description	Description of the hierarchy. This will be displayed on all the screens.
Default Hierarchy	Whether this hierarchy should be shown as default in the forecast screen

· Here user can give different Hierarchies only for view purposes but only one Row should be set to True for Default Hierarchy.

The relation between Region Hierarchy and Region Master is like Parent and Child.
