Pivot Control

Pivot control has been provided for all transaction screens and the bucket-based reports like inventory report, resource load report and so on. Click on button.The pivot design window will open up by clicking button showing in the grid header .The design window will be shown below.

User can be given a pivot name and design pivot by dragging the Column name(s) shown in the left panel to Row Labels/Column Labels/SigmaValues/GroupBy panel as shown below image:

Also, the user can give different settings like Number Format, Show To All Users, etc. Pivot is created automatically on the given conditions. Pivot will be user-specific. The User can make the setting Show To all Users as True to show the same pivot for other Users too. Click on Save in the design screen will save the pivot and will be shown in the screen instead of the grid as shown below. One default Pivot can be set for each screen and will be shown automatically when the user clicks on the Pivot button.

Users can see the Chart and GraphGrid of the same pivot by selecting the same from the drop-down box showing on the screen

and it will be displayed as shown below.

Properties General: To Change the Pivot Settings

Sigma Field Chart Type: By default will be set to Line.Users can change the chart type to Column or Area by selecting from the Sigma Field

Sigma Field Value Type: By default will be set to SUM.Users can change the value type to MAX, COUNT or AVG by selecting from the Sigma Field

Show To All Users: Pivot will be user specific.The default value will be False. By setting it as True, a particular Pivot will be shown to other logged-in users too.

Freeze Row Lebles: To freeze the row labels while scrolling horizontally. By default, the value will be set as True. The user can change to False by selecting the value from the drop-down list.

Pivot Chart Background Color : To set the background Color of the Pivot Chart

Legend Position: By default the position will be right. The User can set it as Left, Top or Bottom by selecting the value from the drop-down.

Show Legend: By default it will be True. The User can hide the legend by selecting the value as False.

Title Text: User can specify a name for the particular pivot chart.

Title Color: User can specify a Color for the title.

Font Size: User can specify a Font size for the title.

Column Grant Total: To Show the column-wise Total in the pivot. By default, the value will be False. The user can set it to True to show the column grant total in the pivot.

Row Grant Total: To Show the row-wise Total in the pivot. By default, the value will be False. The User can set it to True to show the row grant total in the pivot.

Numeric Format Style: To apply the numeric format for the sigma value columns. By default, it will be set to NULL. The User can select en_IN,en_US or en_GB from the list.

Minimum Fraction digits: Minimum Fraction digits to apply to the sigma value columns. To apply this user has to select a value in the Numeric Format Style.

Minimum Integer digits: Minimum Integer digits to apply to the sigma value columns. To apply this user has to select a value in the Numeric Format Style.

Maximum Fraction digits: Maximum Fraction digits to apply to the sigma value columns. To apply this user has to select a value in the Numeric Format Style.
